What Do I Need to Bring?
Any form of government issued photo identification.
Can My friend Pick Up My Prize?
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as they have a photocopy of your ID, and a note from you stating that you permit them to pick up your prize. Please make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so, at (519) 759-1000. Some conditions may apply, i.e. for trips or other large item giveaways where the winner may need to be present in order to pick it up.
When Can I Win Again?
You and the members of your household are eligible to win after 60 days for daily prizes. Prizes won that are up to $500 in value; you are eligible to win again after 6 months, and any prixes over $500, you are eligible to win again after 1 year.
How Long Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?
Prizes are available to be picked up for up to 30 days after the prize winning date. If the winner is coming to pick up the prize and cannot make it to the radio station in the 30 day time-frame - please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 2 additional weeks. Please ensure that you always call reception to make sure your prize is available at the time you wish to pick it up.
Prizes not picked up by Noon on the day of a concert, event, certificate, etc., will become the property of the station UNLESS arrangements have been made with reception to pick up later that day.
Can You Mail My Prize To Me?
Unfortunately no, company policy states we cannot mail your prizing out.

• If an event (concert, etc.) is cancelled, FM92.1 is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner
General Rules & Regulations for “Call-In to Win” Promotions
Application:
These rules and regulations shall apply to all on-air contests (the “Contest”) unless stipulated otherwise, and where alternate rules and regulations are made available to the public. If there are any discrepancies between these rules and regulations and any other rules and regulations posted for any particular Contest (the “Alternate Rules”), such discrepancy shall be resolved in favour of the Alternate Rules.
Eligibility:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside. No person who is employed by the Evanov Radio Group or its affiliate companies, and no persons who are domiciled with any such employee shall be entitled to enter the Contest.
In certain cases, minors under the age of majority will be permitted to enter the Contest and be eligible to win the prize. In no case, however will a minor be declared a winner without the prior written consent and release of liability of the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Persons who have won prizes in any other Contest sponsored by the Evanov Radio Group shall not be eligible to enter the Contest for a period outlined in the following table:
Prize Value exceeding $1,000 1 year
Prize Value between $500-999 6 months
Prize Value less than $500 60 days.
How to Enter
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest.
Upon hearing the cue-to-call, callers being the correct caller through (i.e. the 13th caller) will be asked to answer a trivia question or perform another task as described by the on-air host. If the caller correctly answers the question or performs the task, he will be declared a potential winner. If the caller fails to answer the question correctly or to perform the task, the next caller will given the opportunity to answer or to compete the task. If no caller has correctly answered the question or completed the task, the fifth caller through will automatically be declared the potential winner.
Upon being declared a potential winner, the caller will be required to answer, unaided a time-limited mathematical skill testing question. Upon correctly answering that question, the potential winner will be declared the winner.
Callers shall be responsible for all long-distance charges or other fees associated with entering the Contest.
Value
Unless stipulated otherwise, the value of the Prize shall not exceed $300. No Prize may be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to any third party.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning the Contest are dependant on the number of callers attempting to enter the Contest at any given time.
Liability
The winner acknowledges that the collection or use of the prize may be inherently dangerous and agrees to release and hold harmless the Evanov Radio Group for any and all damages he may incur through entering the Contest or through the collection or use of the prize. The winner also agrees to sign a standard release and waiver of liability prior to claiming the prize.
General
Prize winners shall be responsible for all costs and expenses not explicitly stated to form part of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees, gratuities, insurance, or travel to and from the airport.
Where the Prize includes travel, the Prize winner must ensure that he and his companion have all the necessary travel documents required to travel to the destination on the dates specified in the prize description.
Prior to receiving the Prize, the Prize winner shall sign a standard release and liability waiver absolving the Evanov Radio Group of all its obligations under the Contest and accepting the Prize as awarded as full and final satisfaction of all items owed to him by the Evanov Radio Group.
The Evanov Radio Group may at its sole discretion substitute a prize or a portion thereof with an alternate prize of equal or greater value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Evanov Radio Group shall not be responsible to substitute a prize or portion thereof where such Prize can not be redeemed due to factors beyond its reasonable control.
Evanov Radio Group reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest in any way it deems appropriate, and for any reason, at any time prior to the declaration of a winner.
Any pronouns used in these rules and regulations shall be modified for gender and number as the case may require, and shall apply as though the correct gender and number had been included herein.
By entering the Contest, all persons are deemed to have read and to have accepted these rules and regulations.
