20 Participants take part in an eight week health and fitness challenge, promoting the new Flaman Fitness with the help of Ron Mourra's Lean-Fit-Healthy Lifestyle training.
Based on the highest personal weight loss percentage, a singular winner will be awarded at the end of the program.
Singular winner of the contest is awarded a BOWFLEX PR 3000 (or a $1,000 Flaman Gift Certificate)
